INSERT GLITCH press kit

An arcade of short games, and one tiny glitch who gets inside them all.

Description

INSERT GLITCH is an arcade, and every cabinet in it is a different game. Glitch, a tiny hero made of loose pixels, can hop into any of them: a 1986 shooter where he eats the bullets and spits them back, a Sunday monster truck rally, a paper route at dawn, a heist with every guard on a beat, a toy house at night where you move only while the cat sleeps, and a duel with his rival, Neon. Each is a short game of its own, two or three minutes a stage, with its own look and its own way to play.

An arcade that grows

The arcade opens with six cabinets and grows every month. Win tickets in any of them and spend them at TALLY's prize booth. Every game's first stage plays free on the web, with no ads and no sign-up; the full arcade comes to Steam in Early Access, and to the App Store and Google Play, on 12 November 2026.

A platformer that feels incredible

Glitch moves with a precise, flowing moveset: run, jump, dash, claw in four directions, pogo and vault. Every cabinet teaches the moves it asks for. It's fair from the first minute and never talks down to you; the hardest tricks live in the high scores and the later stages.

Every pixel is code

There isn't a single image file in INSERT GLITCH. Every character, cabinet, light and particle is drawn by code, frame by frame, on one crisp pixel grid, and every sound plays through the game's own sound engine.

AI disclosure

INSERT GLITCH is made with AI tools, under the developer's direction. Its code was written with Anthropic's Claude, and every picture in the game is produced by that code: there are no image files, so the art, animation and on-screen text were all made with AI assistance. Parts of the in-game art were traced from AI-generated concept images (OpenAI image generation) into pixel data in the code, and some animation was drawn from AI-generated reference clips (Seedance). The sound effects were generated with ElevenLabs, each picked by the developer from several takes and played through the game's own code, which synthesizes the rest. The music was generated with Suno and chosen, trimmed and mixed by the developer. The store art, screenshots and trailer are rendered by the game's own code. The developer directs, reviews and playtests all of it.

No AI runs in INSERT GLITCH. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
